leaving on a jetplane.
I left Singapore today. We took a london cab to the airport and checked in 29kg too heavy. Some people who mattered didn't come, but most did. :) Haha Michelle Karen and Natalie skipped their bell prac for meee :))) Like Michelle said," How often do we send you off? About once. And how often do we have practice? Over and over and over..." Ahahahaha :)
I got cards and presents and gilian chong gave me a bouquet! And
some people arrived right when I was going in (you know who you are!). And I didn't get a chance to say goodbye. (It's okay Felicia I still like you! Haha) But that's alright, my mum hinted that we'd be returning for a short visit in july before my term starts.
I read through some of my stuff while the plane was taxi-ing and I cried! Or rather, got as close to crying as I can without getting provoked. What do you call a reaaaally runny nose and a teensy bit of tearing? I haven't cried properly since ms tang screamed at me. Speaking of the devil, she was at the airport! Shawny pointed her out, I think she was sending off her fellows or something.
Haha and to honour joanna I ate her gargantuan gobstopper on the plane! Couldn't finish it though, it was THAT BIG.
When I reached the apartment I unpacked and some men and my dad set up the comp. I HAVE MY COMP BACK *swoons*. Anyway, I was unwrapping gifts and eating them (thanks councillors <333) and I'm gonna eat natalie's 3 pushpops in one tomorrow (not today, my teeth kinda ache)!
SO. Vietnam's going pretty well, considering this is the 3rd time I've shifted house. My bed's LOVELY! Haha! And the aircon's switched on all the time, cos constructions going on outside and instead of getting fresh air I'd get a faceful of concretedust. Kay I'm going to bathe now and later's dinner out CIAO <3
